Please ensure you have read the following before completing payment.Online Orientation - 1.5 hours
Calls are made via the secure messaging app Signal.
The call will begin on video.
At any point Emily may suggest to shift to voice only to keep the depth of the field.
You may also suggest this at any time.
One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Inside 48 hours or no show after 15minutes - session is forfeited.
All purchases are final.
Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.In-Person Orientation - 2.5hrs
Up to two and a half hours meeting.
It is highly suggested to give yourself space afterwards free from additional meetings, work or fast paced environments.
A non-refundable deposit of €600 is required to secure your booking with the full amount due before the day of meeting.
One reschedule permitted with a minimum of 7 days notice.
Inside 7 days or no show within 15 minutes of agreed meeting time - full deposit amount is forfeited.
At Emily's discretion, if, in the unlikely circumstance that it is deemed unsuitable to meet in person, the full amount will go towards an online meeting instead. Shall that not suit, a full refund will be available minus a potential fee of up to €200 for pre-meeting preparations & administration.

Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.Relational Alliance - 3-6 Months
This alliance is entered as a full three or six month commitment.
Two defined meetings online per month - six in total every three months unless otherwise agreed.
Shall there be opportunities to meet in person, this can be arranged and mutually agreed upon.
Meeting times will be agreed upon in writing via text or email.
On-going message/voice access is via the secure Signal app within touch points between Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm each week. Further details will be discussed directly, including instances whereby it may be more effective to jump on a quick call.
Payment in full - or via a three or six month payment plan.
Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit of €3000 to secure your booking.
Two reschedules are permitted every three months with 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, that meeting will be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee of €200. More than two reschedules within three months may require a rescheduling fee of €200 or the meeting forfeited.
In the rare circumstance that the work is no longer the right fit - for either party - a mutual close may be agreed after the third session.
A flat fee of €600 applies to cover work completed and administrative closure.
No refunds on completed months.
Remaining scheduled payments are cancelled upon receipt.
In the rare circumstance that the working relationship is no longer appropriate or sustainable - at the discretion of Emily - Emily LaSonar reserves the right to close the alliance.

Privacy:The only personal data collected through this site is submitted voluntarily via the payment processor Stripe and directly by email.This includes name, contact details, and information shared as part of the intake process.This information is used solely to prepare for and conduct our work together.
